I’ve been so looking forward to sharing this news: My Heart Wanders will (finally!) (and officially!) be hitting US shores this coming month, and will be distributed by the lovely IPG books. For those of you who have been waiting so patiently to be able to buy the book locally, the wait is over…

PS 7 week update: I love being a mum.
Pia, Love all your books, photos especially of your little baby girl. Congrats on all your beautiful work and for sharing it with people whom like myself are stay at home Mums, dreaming of all there is. Those moments with your baby, toddlers are only with us once, they change every day and so do we. Embrace – this beautiful life with my babies is what I do. Please tell me what camera do you use to take some of your wonderful pics.

Pia, I couldn’t wait for it to be published in N.America and be available to me on Vancouver Island – I ordered one for me and one for a friend from England. They arrived when I was down with a bad flu and I was so grateful to have the time to savour every wonderful page with, as you’ll understand, many cups of tea in locally crafted beautiful cups. You have created a unique treasure of a book with a gorgeous presentation, artful collages, intimate photographs, thick sumptuous pages, your original works… And for me, as a counsellor who listens to may people’s stories, I am especially touched by yours which I feel is a story that many women of all ages need to hear – how to overcome fear, move out into the unknown, and live a beautiful, unique, vulnerable and passion life that is worthy of their heart’s potential!!! And after the experiences you have described I do not think it is by chance the the newest love of your life “wandered” into your life on Valentine’s Day. May all your challenges yield rich and wise victories and all the beauty, optimism and joie de vivre that you express return to your precious self and those you love. Bravo!!!!

I had this books for month’s already, and although I have been enjoying the images, I was going trough other books and motions, so had not read it yet. Until I saw this post. I picked up your book again and start reading it and didn’t stop. It’s wonderful!! Thank you for sharing your story! And after finishing it I thought, isn’t it amazing that you with your wandering heart and al those little hearts you find on your way, brought Laly to the world on the ‘day of hearts’?!
