While I’ve been writing over the past weeks, rarely seeing the light of day, gorgeous little parcels have been arriving here at le petit bateau… an unexpected gift from a dear friend, some etsy purchases, magazines from australia… they’ve all been such beautiful distractions. and I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It is still a little way away, but very much in sight, and getting brighter everyday.

I remember trying to get my book (of an entirely uninteresting topic not of my choosing) written and those weeks felt interminable! Nothing feels worse than staring at a screen for days at a time. And I though term papers in college were awful… Glad to hear hardest of the work is almost over for you!
