Hello Monday! This week I’m going to post a polaroid a day, in celebration of my new/old polaroid camera. Here is the first one of the coming collection – my kitchen (click here if you missed my cozy bedroom polaroid from last week, and the view outside my window on a windy day). I just washed the dishes and love the soft light that comes through the window above the sink.
I will also tell you my polaroid story sometime this week. In the meantime, you might also recall these polaroids from last year – oh I’ve come far…
xx
Lovely. The light is just dreamy.

if you don’t mind me asking, where are the lovely ceramic pots from that the cutlery is sitting in? i love their wonkiness 🙂

Do I see a ‘kaas-schaaf’ there in one of your pots? You are almost a real ‘Dutchie’ Pia!

I wish there was a window above my sink… But there is one above my stove, which is also where I tend to chop things. Having a window in the kitchen is really the best. Beautiful polaroid, Pia.

The light is beautiful, but I absolutely adore your window! I feel that I would likely love just about every corner of your beautiful houseboat though…

thanks guys.
it always amazes me how much you notice things in my photos!
hedy – that is indeed a kaas-schaaf, i couldn’t live without one.
clare – the ceramic pots are actually from ikea! I bought them a few years ago, they also have little holes in the top so you can hang them on butcher hooks too.
nath – 🙂
