Moments enjoyed…
- walking through the wildflower garden in the park near shakespeare & co.
- lunch with my lovely new friend on the Île de la Cité…
- seeing my book on the shelf in whsmith.
- a visit to the DIY, craft and art floors of the BHV.
- an afternoon bath.
- an apéro with dear friends and a cuddle with marie at chez prune.
- sharing a delicious meal with said friends at the gorgeous Hotel du Nord.
What perfection your day must have been! Especially with that bath…everything feels more luxurious in the afternoon I think…

It was great spending time with you in Paris, Pia! On Wednesday I went to WH Smith and took photos of your window, which still looks great. Will post the images tomorrow. xo

I am loving these online excursions into Paris, Pia. Thanks for letting us have a good window-view of what you got up to!
One of my favourite things to do, when I feel a little alone in the city, is to go into Shakespeare & Co and eavesdrop on the cnoversations! I understand a little bit of French but it is nice to go somewhere where your brain can entirely take in all the chatter around you.
Plus, it’s a cool bookstore.
