It’s been a whirlwind trip. With a wonderful outcome. Even though I have not been able to post much, I have managed to take lots of photos and even captured a few fabulous soundscapes for you which I am eager to post. Thank you everyone for your patience while I took this time to be with my Mum. I have so much to share with you! Now for the journey home to le petit bateau.

See you on the other side of the world, my dear friends.

xx

Go well and safely. I can’t wait to see what you snapped while you were here. I do sometimes look into the sky, or at my own little piece of coastline and imagine what others nearby see – and as you were nearby-ish, I can’t wait to see what you did see over the last little while. I mentioned how much I’ve been enjoying your soundscapes at katiecrackernuts. I look forward to hearing some Aussie ones soon.

another of your perfect self-portraits! i do so admire them pia. how natural and embedded in your real life they seem. i have been away myself so i am doing some catch up here with your journey home. i am happy to hear your visit with your mum had a “good outcome.”

and along with doing some catch-up i went over to your soundscape page and wow! i love this idea.. an entire new way to share one’s life with blogging friends! they were delightful! i especially loved the sounds from the houseboat. twitter tweeting nature sounds.

i’m looking forward to your updates and new commentaries from harriet.

You made me so homesick for Australia Pia – especially with the first shot of the Kookaburras.
