i thought we should linger in paris a little while longer, perhaps catch some sun and unwind for the afternoon. would you like to? except this time you have to guess where we are (i will put the answer in the comments so as not to drive you crazy). so click on the play button below while i transport you to one of my favourite quiet(ish) sanctuaries of paris

Yes no doubt you guessed correctly, we are in the Luxembourg gardens, sitting by the tennis courts. Some children run by us, playing chasings, and there are birds flying about in the tree branches above us. oh and of course a siren at the end, this is Paris after all!

Hope you guys enjoyed this one. Next up I am bringing you to Amsterdam for an evening wander.

Lovely, I have been watching wimbledon and it is so even though it is a very hot day I just fancy a game of tennis.

An absolutely beautiful idea. Funny how one can get an emotional charge just from listening to sounds from an unfamiliar street.

    Great post:)

Oooo, how lovely. If I close my eyes, I can imagine I am there (I have the window wide open and breeze in my face). I am off to Paris in exactly 2 weeks time – can’t wait!
