It’s less than a month to deadline!! I am going to count down with this little chalkboard everyday from now until June 15… lets see how creative I can be with a piece of chalk over the coming days, while we see how creative YOU can be with capturing your little wandering heart.

I will still post as normal in between the countdown, and I will also try to post some My Heart Wanders submissions as I go too.

I would be so thankful for my fellow bloggers if you posted about the countdown to let all your readers know, and to all my non-blogging readers, please spread the word around your workplace/college/family and friends. We want this to be a knock out book, so let’s get cracking!

So, for inspiration for your submission, click here. For entry details and submission requirements, click here. And to send your submission, click here.

Good luck everyone! xx

…and I think it may still be there, judging by her knock out polaroid collection from paris – i have no doubt her heart is not in a hurry to come home, even though she has. Welcome back Jen! And thank you for putting this beauty in my inbox last night.

Do you think being in Paris during the My Heart Wanders project is a little bit cheating? I do, I felt like a bit of a cheat snapping shots of wandering hearts while I was working there last week. I did not see this one that Jen spotted though, I think it’s adorable! Jen and I missed each other by hours while there – I left and she arrived on the same day, I’m bummed as I was so looking forward to meeting her. Let’s convince her to come to Amsterdam next time!

Thanks Alyson!

Also take this moment to have a look through Alyson’s Flickr set right here, it’s full of inspiration. I love this one.

If you have already submitted but you still have the project on your mind then don’t hesitate to send in more images – the more submissions, the more beautiful this book will be. And continue to spread to word to friends and family and readers, we want to reach all corners of the globe as much as bloggingly possible.

Be sure to follow the links to their affiliated sites as there is plenty more inspiration where these came from. I must say, my days are certainly enhanced when I receive new submissions for the book. Those of you who have already participated might be aware that there is something about looking for this little detail in our everyday life that enhances it in a rather subtle, magical way.

Next up: my first readers request! Hint: it has something to do with My Heart Wanders too.
