Beautiful photo stories on brooklyn-based artisans by Jennifer Causey. The Makers Project already features jewels of new york, lena corwin, reverie and saipua among others – each story is so gorgeous, I hope you’ll take the time to view each gallery. I can’t wait to see what + who The Makers Project features next. Congrats Jen on another fab project!

I am constantly delighted how other people’s ‘ordinary’ spaces look so much more when viewed as a well-taken image. I think I should cut myself a rectangle in a piece of cardboard, and go around looking at my own space until I can train my eye to see things differently.

I saw that top image on someone’s blog without info on the source. I’m so glad to see it here with all these gorgeous images and the name of the photographer. Thank you!
