…so romantic. and no, I still have not seen the movie. I promise I will. For now, there are hours of procrastination to be found on the production site of bright star, right here. x

I have kept my partners and my love letters. They’re all bound and in two big boxes. We fell in love over letters, I am sure. And I am reading a book of the love letters of Judith Wright and Jack McKinney. I just can’t stop. I keep coming back to it. All the little details of their days that were so important to share. Nothing Mills and Boon, just little moments that were important to recall to each other. So sweet.

I can’t recommend the film enough. It felt like everyone involved with the production was as obsessed with the beauty of the story and production design as we now are.
