pia’s polaroids: soft light…

This is possibly my favourite polaroid from the series. The window was open which lets in the sparkly light I speak of so often, and you can see it’s shimmering presence on the fabric drop, on the right. I’d love to animate this polaroid, and make the light dance like it does in the boat.

thank you so much elise – i love your name.

bonbon oiseau – thinking thinking… i recommend going to Rouge (pg 109 in the book) for the best priced brocante style furniture and bits and pieces, she might have some nice old frames. Also Tombee Du Camion(pg179) – I don’t recall seeing picture frames but he has such an eclectic and ever-changing collection, plus its a great source of inspiration for what you have in mind. And last but not least, I recall going to a brocante which is all week, but I can’t remember which arrondisment it’s in. If I remember I’ll let you know! I think it was the 13th, but I’m not sure. Have a wonderful time at the fair, and thank you so much for taking my book with you on this trip!
