…that I am the proud owner of two of her gorgeous raku creations. When she wasn’t looking, I snuck in the store and bought them. I have kept it secret all this time (a whole week) to surprise her with this special post. These dear pieces now sit on my kitchen window sill, enhancing my every day…
I’m a sneaky little thing, aren’t I?

They are beautiful! I’m going to phone the store and try to buy some of Riley’s pieces. By the way, can you please let her know I’ve tried several times to comment on her blogposts – I’ve tried using my Google account, my Typepad log-in, my url and even anonymous – all to no avail!

Gorgeous pieces! Interesting, the crackles in the Raku paired with the smoothness (or it looks smooth) of the surface. And I second what Paris Parfait said… I wanted to comment on Riley’s passion flower post, but could not leave a comment using my google account or as anonymous.

Paris Parfait and Anna – yes I noticed this at the beginning too, but I changed a setting on her blog thinking it would do the trick, and it did for me but not for you! Can you tell me what happens when you try to comment? I’ve tried on different computers etc and it seems fine.
Why are there always so many issues when starting a new blog? Blah. Anyway, if you stay patient, we will fix the problems soon. I will write a comment on this post when I know we have fixed the problem, and also one on Riley’s blog.
I’m glad you all love the bowls! they are super cute.
Oh Paris Parfait – if you do buy some let me know as you know I’m coming to Paris in a couple of weeks so I can bring them with me to you!

Pia,
I tried again to comment on Riley’s blog a moment ago, just so I could tell you what happens when it doesn’t work. I selected both anonymous and google blogger and each time I make my entry and click to publish, the screen flickers as if it’s entering my post, and then it does nothing and the space where my comment was entered is blank.
Hope this helps–so nice of you to follow up…
