…detoured into the art store today.
I may or may not have loaded up on the most amazing art supplies and spent the whole afternoon painting while the rain fell on the roof of le petit bateau.
and I may or may not have begun painting my first self-portrait in a long long time. which I may or may not show you in coming days.
For now I leave you with this fabulous quote…
………………………………………………………….
“Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.”
William Wadsworth Longfellow

bon weekend mes petits!

This warms my heart. I have a serious weakness for art stores. Your blog has been such an inspiration to me to shake off my own insecurities and do what I love. That sounds corny, I know but it is truly sincere.
Thank you!

Magical. I can’t stop thinking about the rain hitting the roof of a little houseboat. Land-living is overrated, huh? Off to dream of a home that floats …
Happy Saturday, Pia.

Don’t new art supplies just make you feel like anything is possible?
I’m loving your sense of design. Thanks for sharing!
