Beautiful shot – and beautiful finds! I read The Song of Roland about eight times in college for my Medieval literature concentration – by senior year I could reenact the whole book, oliphant and all – for my roommates (they were bored). It’s a great read.

That is a lovely cup. I have a similar one in a really beautiful mossy green done by a potter on Vancouver Island. This image reminds me to dig it up out of a box I never unpacked after moving about a year and a half ago 🙂
