Welcome home.
I think there is this unexplainable and yet instinctive pull towards home and family when you get to a certain point of your life. There comes a time, a line, where it could be too late to return, and so you have to run a little faster…fly while the urge to stay (& the COMPLICATIONS of life!!) still allow it. As it can get too late.
So, my girl, I think you are wise to come home. To our glorious horizons, our peaceful days that float into one another, our bobbing boats & wandering tides. This land is very very warm and equally warm=hearted… it has missed you.
I’m guessing (weirdly as I don’t technically know you I guess) that you will have kids and honest to goodness I am jealous that you have come the full circle and are done with living elsewhere.
There is, after all, no place like home.
