TASK, New York…
Posted in amsterdam: made by hand, paris: made by hand November 24th, 2010 by pia

I got word the other day that a beautiful store called TASK in Brooklyn, New York is stocking my two books Paris: Made by Hand and Amsterdam: Made by Hand. Thank you TASK! They have a great online store too so be sure to check it out, you’ll find lots of gorgeous treasures.

If you know about a store that is stocking my books please let me know by either commenting on this post or sending me an email. I am still planning to put together a stockists page for my books and I really want to make sure that along with the big book stores,  all the little independent stores around the world are on there too.

I first spotted your fantastic books at Chateau Sonoma in Sonoma, California. It’s a great store that I pop into whenever I can for a shot of inspiration. You’d love their displays, I’m sure! Love your posts!

    Hello Pia,
I saw your book a while ago at the Shakespeare @ Co bookshop in Paris which is a very appropriate place to find it seeing it’s such a quaint and lovely bookstore with a strong human history behind it.

My favorite little bookstore, The Corner Bookstore on Madison Ave and 93rd Street sells both of your books. I think a scene from The Prince of Tides was filmed there! http://www.yelp.com/biz/corner-bookstore-new-york. Congrats!

I purchased your Amsterdam: Made by Hand book at TASK a few months ago! I had no idea that you didn’t know it was there! The salesperson said that Paris: Made by Hand and sold out very quickly! I love the book; can’t wait to have both. It is such a lovely store; I’m glad I stumbled upon it!

FYI, I’m having my first ever giveaway on my blog (one of my Flotsam Friends Christmas Angels). I know you’re a busy bee but just thought you might like to see a touch of Australia. Pruxxx
