I recently stumbled across the artwork of Erica-Lynn Huberty whose current series of textiles and embroidery draws on “naturalist imagery, 16th and 17th Century Dutch and Flemish art, and the idea of traditional “women’s workâ€â€” the creation of practical and beautiful works with textiles and hand-sewing.” Love it.
Click here to see more of Erica-Lynn’s work, and here to read more about her. I also found that her home was featured on design*sponge last year, click here to have a sneak peek of her gorgeous and humble home in the hamptons.
