after all that fun, apples are pretty.

I should be eating this, instead of the piece of chocolate I am currently nibbling. I am such a bad girl.

Coincidently, this countdown is now running simultaneously with my other deadline, and now this chalk-drawing-countdown-fabo-idea-of-mine is actually stressing me out a bit. I only have 17 days left to hand in all my work!! And you only have 17 days to hand in all your work. Well, we are in this together. Chocolate helps. And apples look pretty.

beautiful… and hasn’t anyone told you about the antioxidants that are in chocolate that are ALMOST as good as apples?

yes, i hold on tightly to every incoming fact about the healthy benefits of chocolate, and dismiss all others. i like this one aran. very much.

nadia, i like that this chalk drawing reminded you of your youth, and now you have reminded me of mine. But seventeen, I’m not sure if that was good or bad? It was intense, that’s all I remember at this point, not sure I want to dwell further. I’d love to know what happened in your world at seventeen to make it one of the best years, do tell!!

The chalkboard is really a very lovely and unusual idea, I love it!

I am a big eater of both apples and chocolate but right now it’s the season for summer fruit! Indulge in cherries, berries, peaches and melons!

This one is so beautiful, Pia…! I’m slowly emerging from 2 stressful deadlines myself, funny how everything around me was highlighting the fact that time was running out, your drawings included. Good thing is, afterwards one feels sooo much lighter, re-born almost. And now I can look at your drawings/countdown with a much more relaxed stance… 🙂

    Courage!

hi itsasne! you know i stopped wearing a watch about 10 years ago, deciding that we have clocks everywhere now – on our mobiles, on our computers and i thought that is enough, i don’t want a clock strapped to my body as well… anyway, here i am now doing a countdown which is fun but anxiety forming at the same time. sorry if i added to your stress though, i’m glad your deadlines are over! my turn now 🙂

thanks mary-laure, your summer berry post was lovely!
